Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do to all provinces except Quebec until further notice. For Canadian orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the Canadian government. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Which carrier do you use to ship to Canada?
We use UPS for all shipments to Canada.
How long is the average transit time?
The average transit time to Canada is 7 days and may vary depending on the delivery area. Please note that our estimated processing time is 2-3 business days in addition to transit time. After your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Are the prices on your website in USD or CAD?
The price presented on the US version of GOREWEAR.com is always listed in USD. If your credit card is issued in Canada, you will likely see the USD order total reflected in your cart converted into CAD per your card issuer's latest foreign exchange rate between the two currencies. Our cart does not, at any point, reflect Canadian dollar value.
Canadian duties and import fees
GOREWEAR is not responsible for any duties, taxes, shipping costs, or additional charges accrued on shipments to or from Canada, to include orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Residents of Canada will be charged standard import duty rates. Import duty is calculated exclusively on the value of the imported goods. In addition to duty, imports may be subject to other taxes such as General Sales Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or a combination of both known as Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), depending on the type of import and province.
All warranty replacements sent into Canada will be sent Duties Paid.
