You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags intact, with your original packing slip within thirty (30) days of original purchase date and we will refund your full purchase price.

Refunds will be made in the form of a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase.

If you are returning a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund on the original form of payment.
- For exchanges, please process a return for the original purchase and place a new order on GOREWEAR.com.
- For returns and warranty claims where the items were NOT purchased on GOREWEAR.com, please return back to your original retailer or point-of-purchase.
OUR RETURN PROCESS
Use our returns platform to return your items and receive your refund:

Go to https://usreturns.gorewear.com to start the return process.
You will need your Order Number and the Email Address you used when placing the original order. -
Once you have specified the product(s) to be returned you will be sent a confirmation email and a link to download a shipping label and packing slip.

Either print the shipping label and packing slip, or if you are unable to print, bring the email to a UPS store for assistance.

Pack up your return placing the item(s) AND the packing slip inside the package and affix the shipping label to the outside.

Drop off your package at a UPS location near you. Once it ships you’ll receive another email with a ink to track its progress.

You will get another email when we receive the package after which we will check the products and, if everything is in order, you will receive your refund a few days later.
